Scooper Agent Terms of Service
Beta draft, pending legal review. Draft dated October 14, 2026, revision 2. Revision 2 replaces the first October 14 draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. We will tell you before a reviewed version replaces this one.
These terms are an agreement between you and Service Booster LLC, a Utah limited liability company based in St. George, Utah ("Service Booster," "we," "us"). They cover Scooper Agent: the website at scooperagent.com, the app at app.scooperagent.com, and the AI agent we run for your business (together, "the service").
By creating an account, accepting a team invite, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you also confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. What the service does
Scooper Agent is an AI office manager for pet waste removal businesses. With your permission it:
- reads and writes records in your Sweep & Go account,
- reads and sends text messages on your business texting line through Quo,
- drafts replies for your team to approve, and sends them once approved,
- sends alerts, receipts and a daily digest to the people on your team.
Each business gets its own agent, running on its own server with its own data. Today the service works with Sweep & Go and Quo only.
2. Accounts and your team
- Owner. The person who signs up a business is its Owner. The Owner controls connections, business rules, team members, money decisions and what the agent may do without approval.
- Team members. The Owner can invite Office and Tech members. Each person has their own login. Do not share logins.
- Responsibility. You are responsible for what happens under your business's accounts, including approvals made by people you invited. Remove people who should no longer have access.
- Security. Keep your email account secure. We sign you in with one-time email links. Tell us right away at support@scooperagent.com if you think someone else got in.
3. Your connections and AI account
To work, the agent needs access you grant:
- Sweep & Go credentials for your organization.
- Quo access to the texting line you choose.
- An AI provider. You connect your own ChatGPT account or an OpenRouter API key. Usage counts against your plan or key with that provider, and that provider's terms apply to you. We do not pay for or resell your AI usage.
You confirm you are allowed to connect each account and to let the agent act in it. You can disconnect any of them at any time. When you do, the parts of the service that need that connection stop.
4. Approvals and business rules
- New businesses start approve-only: every customer reply is a draft that a person on your team approves, edits or denies.
- The Owner can later let the agent send certain types of messages or take certain actions on its own, within the business rules you set (for example, your skip policy and service area).
- Anything the agent sends or does with your approval, or under rules you turned on, is sent or done on your behalf. Read drafts before you approve them.
- The agent quotes prices from your Sweep & Go account and never changes them. Whoever has access to that account controls your prices.
- The agent does not change collection policies, approval rights or team permissions on its own. Those are settings only the Owner changes.
5. Texting your customers
Your business is the sender of every customer text, on your own Quo line. You are responsible for:
- having your customers' consent to text them,
- your Quo number's A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration,
- following the laws and carrier rules that apply to your texts, including the TCPA and state laws,
- what your texts say, including any AI disclosure you choose to use.
The agent honors STOP: after a customer texts STOP, it will not text that customer again until a person on your team clears it. See the SMS and Consent page for details.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- text people who have not agreed to hear from your business, or who opted out,
- send spam, harassment, or misleading messages,
- break the law or the terms of Sweep & Go, Quo, or your AI provider,
- try to get into another business's agent or data, or test our security without written permission,
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
We may pause a business that breaks these rules or puts customers, carriers or other businesses at risk. We will tell the Owner why, unless the law stops us.
7. Your data
You own your business data, including customer records and message content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run, secure, support and improve the service for you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers' records or messages to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how to delete it.
8. Beta, fees and changes
- The service is in beta. Founding owners use it free during the beta.
- We will agree on a flat monthly price with you before you ever pay. We will not charge you without that agreement.
- Your AI provider, Quo and Sweep & Go bill you directly under your plans with them.
- Features will change, sometimes quickly. We may add, change or remove features. We will tell Owners about changes that affect how the agent talks to customers.
9. No guarantees
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." The agent can make mistakes: it can misread a message, draft a wrong answer, or miss a text. Systems we depend on (Sweep & Go, Quo, your AI provider, phone carriers, push services, our hosting) can fail. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or right for your business. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for keeping your own records.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, or indirect, special or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
11. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of texts your business sent, your customer data, your connected accounts, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.
12. Ending the service
- You can stop at any time. Pause the agent, disconnect your accounts, or ask us to close your business account.
- We can end or suspend the service for a business with notice, or right away if needed for security, legal, or abuse reasons.
- When the service ends, we stop the agent, shut down its server, and delete your business data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13 still apply after the service ends.
13. Law and disputes
Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us first; most problems get solved faster that way.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version and tell Owners by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect, unless the change is required sooner by law. Using the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
